Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India.
- Standard delivery: 4–7 working days. Metros usually 2–4 days.
- Express delivery: 2–3 working days, ₹99 flat (selected pincodes).
- International shipping: write to [email protected] for a quote.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 48 hours of order confirmation, write to [email protected].
Returns & refunds
Because we ship food, opened packets cannot be returned. However:
- Damaged in transit: photograph the parcel before opening it, write to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will replace it free of cost.
- Quality issue: keep the batch number visible on the pack, write to us within 7 days of delivery, and we will refund or replace at your option.
- Wrong item shipped: we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before dispatch by writing to [email protected]. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible — you can refuse delivery and we will process a refund minus return shipping.
Quality & food safety
Every batch is tested for pesticide residue, aflatoxin, moisture and microbial load. Certificate of Analysis for your batch is available on email request.
For any food-safety concern, write immediately to [email protected] with the batch number printed on the pack.
